Rules of the fight.

The short version

1. Only verified businesses may bid.
2. The server calculates the minimum allowed bid.
3. Only approved bids enter the public leaderboard.
4. The highest valid approved bid at close wins.
5. A valid late bid can extend the auction under the published Last Over configuration.
6. The winner must pay within the stated window; otherwise the operator may offer the placement to the next eligible bidder.
7. Campaign content remains subject to policy review.
