Bid commitment
A submitted bid is a commitment to buy the described advertising placement if it becomes the highest valid approved bid. Only the winner is charged under the initial model.
Verification and moderation
Business verification does not imply endorsement. We may reject or suspend businesses, bids and campaign materials that breach policy or create legal, security, reputational or user-safety risk.
Winner payment
The winner must complete payment within the configured window. If payment defaults, we may offer the placement to another eligible bidder under the published fallback rules.
